End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Abfielder Ltd, including any independent creators distributing through Abfielder.com (collectively referred to as "Licensor"), governing the use of any product purchased, downloaded, or otherwise obtained through Abfielder.com ("Product").

By using, downloading, or installing a Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

  • Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product under the following conditions:
  • You may upload the Product to a secure and reliable host or server for your own personal or business use.
  • You may generate revenue by using the Product, such as through monetised Minecraft servers, videos, or streams, provided that the Product itself is not being resold.
  • You may modify the Product as necessary to suit your own needs or projects.
  • Attribution: When publicly using, displaying, or showcasing the Product (including screenshots, videos, or Minecraft builds), you must provide clear and reasonable credit to the original creator as listed on Abfielder.com. Attribution may include the creator’s name and a link to the product page where possible.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, repackage, or sublicense the Product, in whole or in part.
  • Re-license the Product under any different or conflicting license.
  • Make the Product publicly accessible or share it with anyone who does not require access for your own approved project.
  • Remove or alter any attribution, creator credit, watermark, or identifying information included with the Product.

Use of the Product on your own Minecraft server for others to play on is permitted, provided that the Product itself is not distributed outside of that server.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • The Product does not function as described; and
  • The Licensor is unable to provide a reasonable fix within a reasonable timeframe after being notified of the issue.

All refund requests must be submitted through official Abfielder.com support channels.

4. Termination

This license remains valid until terminated.
If you violate any term of this Agreement, your license is automatically revoked, and you must immediately cease using and delete all copies of the Product.
Abfielder Ltd reserves the right to revoke access or remove Products at its discretion if abuse or redistribution is detected.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Abfielder Ltd and affiliated creators are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or interruption of service.

6. Relationship to Other Terms

This EULA forms part of and should be read in conjunction with Abfielder Ltd’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both available on Abfielder.com.
By purchasing or downloading any Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this EULA and all related policies.
