End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and [Creator/Company Name] ("Licensor") for the use of [Product Name] ("Product"). By using, downloading, or installing the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product under the following conditions:

  • You may upload the Product to a secure and reliable host for personal or business use. (Please see restrictions for further clarification).
  • You may generate revenue by using the Product.
  • You may modify the Product to suit your needs.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Product, in whole or in part.
  • Re-license the Product under a different license.
  • Share or redistribute the Product in any form, except as necessary for your personal or business use (e.g., using it on your own Minecraft server for others to play on is allowed).

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • The Product does not function as described.
  • The Licensor is unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe after being notified of the issue.

4. Termination

This license is valid until terminated. If you violate any terms of this Agreement, your rights under this license will be automatically revoked, and you must cease using and delete all copies of the Product.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

By using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this EULA.
