The build features a grand medieval fantasy structure with intricate architecture. Inside, the first floor includes a reception desk, reading areas, a full kitchen, a main dining space, and a lounge. The second floor adds a bedroom, a meeting area, another lounge, reading nooks, plus a balcony overlooking the property.
Outside, the retreat expands into a beachfront getaway with docks and a waterfront pier, beach seating areas, a turtle pond, flower gardens, ponds, crop farms, a picnic area, a fishing cove in the back, a tiki-style beach bar, plus many other decorative details throughout.
