I have replied to you privately on the e-mail to provide support on this item. We have chat, e-mail and discord for support with purchases sadly you decided not to do any of those and left an unfair 1 star review with absolutely no detail what the issue may be.
With guardian farms the farm must be built inplace of an ocean monument and guardians share the hostile mob cap, so if you are standing in the farm and don't see guardians then it's likely the mob cap is full because of cave spawns, simply pillar up about 100 blocks directly above the farm and you will start to see the guardians spawn.
If the issue is something else i.e. a technical issue loading the file in litematica or world edit then I will need more detail to be able to assist, I kindly ask that you reach out to me either via e-mail or my discord and we'll get this up and working for you and get this changed from a 1 star to a 5 star review!
