Survival Friendly: This build is intended as a server spawn and to be pasted in creative mode. It can be built in survival mode, but it contains some blocks that will take a large amount of time to gather in survival. These builds are specifically made for servers and are not ideal for survival.

Survival Friendly: The creator of this item has indicated this build is not suitable to be built in Survival mode by the average player.
Reason: This build is not really practical to recreate in Survival. It was designed mainly for multiplayer servers (spawns, lobbies, hubs) and is meant to be pasted in Creative mode with tools like WorldEdit or as a schematic. Its size, block count, and detailed decoration would require a huge amount of materials and time, so it’s best suited for server owners rather than average Survival players.
